By using the Gastling Discord app, you hereby consent to its Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are valid for the Discord bot Ghastling#7974 with the ID 1448011961660084354.

In the following, the terms "Ghastling" and "Service" are equated with the Discord Bot defined above. The term "tag" is equated with bot messages triggered by members of a Discord server that uses Ghastling.

Description of Service

Ghastling is a bot that allows server moderators to define messages (tags) that members can send via the bot, enabling them to quickly and efficiently send large messages with content like embeds.

User Responsibilities

By using Ghastling, you agree not to abuse, exploit, or harm the service in any way, and not to use it for any illegal purposes. Ghastling should only be used for its intended purpose, which is to allow members to efficiently send pre-defined messages. Ghastling is not responsible for the content of tags it sends.

Outages and Termination

As Ghastling is a free service, it cannot guarantee and is not liable for any outages or changes to the service. Server data and settings, including tags, may not be retrievable due to such outages or changes. Ghastling reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service without prior notice.

Usage of your brand features

By using the service, you grant Ghastling all necessary rights to use your public brand features (such as your server's name, icon, banner, etc.) for any reasons, including but not limited to marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

Ghastling may update these terms at any time without notifying users, if deemed necessary. Continued use of Ghastling after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
